Monday Meditation Circle
Monday nights from 5:30 to 6:30 PM
This is an informal group—people are welcome on a drop-in basis.
The Monday group welcomes all meditation approaches.Please feel free to visit as a guest and
observe or participate as you feel comfortable.We read from a spiritual book for approximately fifteen minutes
and then discuss ideas presented.We then sit in silent meditation from 6:00 to 6:30 PM.
