Shamanic Evening

We are a circle of people who come together the first Friday of each month to drum, tone, and chant. We use the simple ritual of drumming to connect us to spirit and move us out of ordinary reality to a place where we feel free and exuberant. From this place we celebrate life and radiate love and healing to our community and to the world.The evening is open to all – no experience needed! Our History

We have been gathering people at Unity on the first Friday of the month for nearly fifteen years. Our intention is to create a space for people who are drawn to shamanism and drumming as a vehicle for expansion and spiritual growth. Each person who comes brings their own special energy, so that each evening has a different quality created by the synergy of the participants.

Drumming is a method of accessing higher consciousness that has been used by indigenous peoples since ancient times. We have studied the shamanic practices of Native American and other indigenous cultures, and, over time, have evolved ceremony that is authentic to our own culture and beliefs.

We continue to evolve in consciousness and love and invite anyone who feels drawn to the energy of the drum to please join in.
