Friday – 7:00-8:30 pm Culinary Medicine 5-Week Series continues. Join Raymond Albano in the Fillmore Wing as he presents Dr. John LaPuma’s DVD series on Culinary Medicine. We will explore the idea of drawing our “medicine” from our diet, the health properties of the foods available to us, and explore the foods available right here in the Willamette Valley.  A discussion will follow each DVD presentation.
