APRIL THEME: "Living the Truth We Know"
Sunday, April 5, Easter Sunday: “Resurrection Within”
with Revs. Inge Tarantola and Sherry Lady. Easter reminds us that spiritual awakening is always possible. At any moment, we can release old ways of thinking and rediscover the deeper life of Spirit within us. Resurrection is not merely a past event to admire — it is an invitation to awaken to the new life that is always seeking expression through us. Performance by our Unity Easter Choir under the direction of Mo Robeson.
Sunday, April 12: “From Inspiration to Practice” with Jon West. Through consistent training, spiritual growth unfolds through steady practice. In this talk, we will explore how repetition, discipline, and daily spiritual habits help turn inspiration into lived experience.
Sunday, April 19: “Staying Awake in Everyday Life” with guest speaker Mary Sharon Moore (see bio on page 13). In every situation we face, there are at least two directions we can go: we can react from our habitual patterns, or respond from a higher awareness. Spiritual practice includes how we bring presence, compassion, and wisdom into the moments that make up our day.
Sunday, April 26: “Living What We Know” with Laura DuBois. Consistent growth in any area of life usually requires conscious choice. Are we willing to move beyond inspiration into a steady commitment to our spiritual development? As we align our daily choices with our deepest understanding, we begin to embody the truth we know.
