Sunday, August 2: “The Practice of Being Human” with Jon West. Is there a deeper reason you are in a body right now? We will explore this life as a sacred opportunity to awaken more fully to our divine nature. Through breath, stillness, mindfulness, and gentle embodied practice, we discover that the body is not an obstacle to Spirit, but a doorway to our Source.
Sunday, August 9: “Intuition: The Body’s Compass” with Rev. Sherry Lady. What is our body temple telling us? This message will help us discern the body’s deeper wisdom beneath the noise of fear, habit, and mental chatter.
Sunday, August 16: “The Magic of Rest” with guest speaker Jim Scott. Jim will guide us and celebrate in song the power of rest and reconnection as a spiritual practice—one that restores clarity, trust, healing, and inner alignment. Rest is not escape, and surely not giving up, it is time, space, for our “re-creation." A former member of the Paul Winter Consort, Jim is a singer-songwriter extraordinaire. Sunday, August 23: “The Miracle of Movement” with Rev. Inge Tarantola. Together, we will celebrate movement as a spiritual expression of joy, vitality, play, flow, and the divine aliveness of being embodied.
Sunday, August 30: “Embodied Love: Living the Practice” with Rev. Laura DuBois. We will explore how spiritual truth becomes visible through presence, compassion, touch, listening, kindness, and the way we inhabit our lives.
