Reverend Cylvia Hayes is a Unity Minister, writer, speaker, and teacher in the areas of spirituality, personal development, the environment, climate change, and economic system change. The former First Lady of Oregon, her mission is to help heal separation consciousness so that humanity can develop an ecological mindset and all Creation can thrive. Cylvia is founder and CEO of 3EStrategies, and The ReThink ministry. An award-winning environmental and anti-poverty activist, she is author and publisher of TRANSCEND, for people who want raised consciousness, economic system change, and a world that works better for all beings and author of When Life Blows Up: A Guide to Peace, Power and Reinvention.

John A. Kitzhaber, M.D. is Oregon’s longest-serving governor, holding that office from 1995-2003 and 2011-2015. A graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Oregon Medical School, he practiced Emergency Medicine in Roseburg, Oregon from 1974-1989. He was elected to the Oregon House of Representatives in 1978, the State Senate in 1980, 1984 and 1988, serving as Senate President from 1985-1993 before becoming Governor. John is the author of the groundbreaking Oregon Health Plan, and the chief architect of Oregon’s Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs). Today, nearly a 1.5 million people—one out of every three Oregonians—get quality care through a CCO. In 2013 Modern Healthcare Magazine ranked John #2 on list of the “100 Most Influential People in Health Care,” and #1 on the list of the “50 Most Influential Physician Executives. In 2013, Governing Magazine named John “Public Official of the Year.” John is a writer, speaker and private consultant on health policy and politics early childhood development, and sustainable natural resource management.
