Our SLT meets weekly by Zoom to review needs and developments within their service areas and our spiritual community as a whole. SLT includes our Ministerial Team, staff (Administrator, Music Team and YFM Directors), volunteer Team Leaders who wish to join in, and up to two representatives from our Board who aren't already included because they serve a dual role as a Team Leader or staff. Our philosophy of shared leadership includes having a Ministerial Team instead of one Senior Minister. Our Ministerial Team is responsible for the general management and spiritual direction of our organization.
