Volunteer Openings

♥ We are looking for two to three Lead Volunteers to plan and organize Unity’s Thanksgiving Day Potluck Meal, Thursday, November 24, at Unity of the Valley, Without Lead Volunteers, this event will not happen. If this event means a lot to you and you can step up to be a Lead Volunteer, sign up in the Foyer, or call Jai at 541-654-0591.

♥ Usher Volunteers - We are in need of several ushers to serve at the 10 am service one time per month. Ushers greet people, hand out bulletins, and accept love offerings. If you can help, please sign up in the foyer. 

♥ Bookstore Volunteers Needed - We have an opening for a Bookstore cashier on the fourth Sunday of each month. Volunteers serve in the bookstore after the service. No experience is necessary. This is a great way to meet new people and gain new skills. Please sign up in the foyer.

♥ Grounds Maintenance Volunteer Needed - Do you love the outdoors, mowing the lawn, or beautifying the garden? Our church grounds would love your energy and attention. If you can help, please contact Géna at 541-345-9913, ext. 11.

♥ JOIN THE KITCHEN ANGEL TEAM We are looking for several Angels to serve in the Kitchen after the Sunday service one time per month, preparing and serving coffee and cookies, and cleaning up the kitchen. Kitchen Angels contribute to our community by providing a yummy environment for socializing after the service each Sunday. We need you! Please sign up in the foyer.

♥ Taizé Volunteers Needed - If you would like to be part of the Taizé Ministry, please sign up in the foyer to participate in the fall Taizé training. For more info, contact Bev Forster, Sherry Lady, or Inge Tarantola.

♥ Weekday Receptionist Volunteers Needed - We currently have openings on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 am to noon, and Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00. Our volunteer receptionists answer the phone and perform light office work as needed. If this interests you, please sign up in the foyer.
